YOU ARE THE SALT AND LIGHT OF THE WORLD- (MT 5:13-16)

The 21st-century education is a child-centric and digital education. A child needs a good environment, nourishment, protection, love, care, and a good gardener to grow and bloom fully. A child comes to school with innate ability and creativity. The duty of an educator is to unfold the ability of the learners and make them realize the perfection (God) who dwells in them. Education is to make the child blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Education is to make them shine like stars in the sky (Philippians 2:15). Education is to form, reform, and transform us so that we may bring change and development to society and the country at large. Blessed Basil Moreau, the Holy Cross Congregation founder, said "How we educate the mind will change with the times; how we cultivate the heart is and will remain timeless."

Therefore ,Saint Andre School Bodhjungnagar aims to educate the Heart and Mind of the young generation by helping to develop various skills, creativity, and critical, rational, and logical thinking to equip them to face the challenges of the 21st century.

Saint Andre School Bodhjungnagar is established in a rural area.  It is located around 2 km away from Khowai -Agartala highway near Kamalghat at Bodhjungnagar. The school was established in the year 1986. Today it has completed more than three and half decades of untiring service to the sons and daughters of the land. It is like a lighthouse in the locality. There are many successful students serving in different government and private offices in Tripura.

A note of appreciation and gratitude to the Former Principals for their untiring service, the co-missionary team comprising of Adoration Sisters, the managing committee, parents/guardians, and the Staff-student community. Their encouragement and collaboration in each endeavorhave boosted our confidence, lifted our morale & reorient our focus.
